Built in the 18th century for a French officer, the château – measuring approximately 900m² and set within 2.5 hectares of landscaped grounds and 25 hectares of vineyards – is the centrepiece of the estate. It comprises spacious reception rooms, two kitchens (one of which is semi-professional) and seven luxurious suites, some with terraces and jacuzzis. Five of these suites are currently operated as luxury guest rooms.

The wine from the 25 hectares of IGP-classified vineyards is produced in the estate’s winery, which has a capacity of 1,200 hectolitres and features an 800m² cellar and a barrel cellar housing 500 barrels. Production is currently entrusted to a renowned winery, ensuring high-quality output. These wine-making facilities are let out, generating additional income.

The 700m² of outbuildings house seven luxury holiday cottages, accommodating between two and 11 people, and a spa area with a jacuzzi, sauna and two massage rooms. The total accommodation capacity is 65 people.
