Every year on August 15th, the Feast of the Assumption, the property still hosts the traditional Saint-Faron pilgrimage.

The residence also bears older traces of history: two cannonballs, fired in 1814 during the retreat of the French Campaign, are still lodged in the north façade.

Requisitioned by the German army in 1914 during the Battle of the Marne, the château lived through both World Wars.

Carefully restored since the mid-20th century, and lived in as a primary residence by the same family since 1997, the château now offers all modern comforts without losing any of its soul.
