Mr RENAULT is someone who treats his clients with respect and never strays from his usual courtesy, which goes hand in hand with great clarity when dealing with the ‘other side’. I came to appreciate the difference between a property dealer (investor) and a private buyer, and Mr RENAULT understood perfectly that I felt less at ease with the former than with the latter. He carried out his delicate role as a mediator with unfailing tact. My inexperience certainly did not make his task any easier, however. He proved to be a patient and helpful guide. The result: an immediate sense of trust and a very smooth exchange.
