The building has two levels of seven bays, with the central bays forming the forecourt.
The first floor has large bays separated by double Ionic columns forming niches decorated with statues of Justice, Law, Strength and Truth, by the sculptor Halleux.
The moulded crown is very important, topped by two seated statues, leaning against the national arms surmounted by a crown.
