Former Law Courts built in 1867, in limestone and tuffeau, built on the former Clos des Capucins on plans by the architect Emile Vierset-Godin.

The building has two levels of seven bays, with the central bays forming the forecourt.

The first floor has large bays separated by double Ionic columns forming niches decorated with statues of Justice, Law, Strength and Truth, by the sculptor Halleux.

The moulded crown is very important, topped by two seated statues, leaning against the national arms surmounted by a crown.

Urban centre, on the banks of the Meuse, located between two major towns in Wallonia.

The site is located in the heart of the city near the main access roads but also near the car park.
