After meeting with several estate agents to sell our property, we always ended up with the same type of agent. Agents who sell you a pipe dream, telling you that your property will sell quickly (their sole interest being to secure exclusive rights to your property) Then they simply put an advert online without anticipating the issues that need sorting out (administrative, legal and other) and don’t keep you informed of any progress. If the property doesn’t sell on its own, they don’t question their approach; they tell you it’s down to the price (their valuation). Once the price has been reduced, if the property still doesn’t sell, it’s shelved. They then focus on bringing in new properties and leave you in the lurch. Rest assured, it’s the complete opposite with Audrey! It’s a pleasure to meet a professional and dedicated estate agent who gets to the heart of the matter and keeps you informed. She’s responsive, proactive and always looking for ways to showcase your property to its best advantage.
