House Eygalières - 5 bedrooms - 235m²

There is something rare here: space, silence, and a house that still has plenty to tell.
Converted from an old stone shepherd’s barn, this mas offers around 250 m² and retains many fine features from its history, including part of the vaulted rooms and beautiful proportions. Five en-suite bedrooms today provide space for family and friends, while the various living areas open naturally out onto the outdoors.
But it’s above all its surroundings that give this property its full dimension.
More than three hectares surround the house. The view stretches far over the hills and the natural landscape, with the pleasant feeling of truly being in the countryside, while still being in one of the most sought-after villages in the Alpilles.
The house now calls for refreshing. That’s also what makes it appealing: it offers real freedom to rethink the layout, materials and uses, without erasing what gives it its identity.
You can picture a family home, a large holiday house, or a more contemporary setting… The foundations are in place. The stone, the scenery and the location too.
A property for those looking for a little more than a house: a place to shape to their own image, with the Alpilles as a backdrop.

• Stone mas: an authentic former shepherd’s property with preserved period features and vaulted rooms.
• Exceptional outdoor space: over three hectares, open-air living and long-distance views for peaceful stays.
