House Excideuil - 11 bedrooms - 560m²

Exquisite traditional stone property offering a main house, two gîtes and several outbuildings, all set on 2.5 hectares of land with exceptional views in the beautiful Périgord Vert region.

Currently run as a gîte and cuisine atelier– a future owner would need to obtain any necessary permissions and appropriate business registration – this 17th and 18th century Périgourdine farmhouse has been fully and carefully restored. It now offers flexible accommodation for up to 19 guests (with further potential), making it an ideal venue for yoga and wellness retreats, training courses or small seminars.

The main house is laid out on the ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as an office.

The two spacious gîtes offer three and four bedrooms respectively, ensuring comfortable and generous accommodation.

Outside, you'll find a 12m x 6m geothermal heated swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a games room, a cinema room, a yoga studio and various other outbuildings.

So if you are looking for the ideal property, you may have found it here.
