“The challenge of this project lay in integrating a small block of flats into a neighbourhood consisting mainly of detached houses and small housing developments.

Rather than constructing a single ‘block’-like structure, which would have detracted from the character of the neighbourhood, I chose to create two distinct volumes separated by a gap.

This strategy takes on particular significance when considered within the context of Le Touquet, with its historic architecture – the ‘seaside style’ – which features a vast diversity of forms, volumes and materials, and with its characteristic sloping lines.

The project’s proportions, its complex and subtle volumetry, its materials – everything has been designed with the context in mind."

Freedom of customisation, attention to detail:

In the living areas, each buyer chooses their flooring from a range of carefully selected materials: large-format natural stone, polished mineral resin, or parquet with an oak or beech finish.

In the wet rooms, the same high standards apply, with a choice between natural stone, large-format porcelain stoneware or polished resin.
