DESCRIPTION

Perched on the hills above Palombaggia, in one of Porto-Vecchio’s most sought-after areas, the Casa Serena villa offers an exceptional setting where contemporary architecture blends with a breathtaking sea view.

The villa overlooks the legendary beaches of Palombaggia and enjoys a peaceful setting, carefully crafted with an elegant landscaped garden and a superb 20-metre infinity pool.

Spanning approximately 500m² on a single level, the property stands out for its generous proportions and abundant natural light.

The entrance opens onto a vast living area comprising a double lounge, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen, complemented by a utility room.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light at all times and naturally extend the rooms out onto the terraces and towards the sea.

The master suite features an elegant bathroom and shower, as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea.

A first guest bedroom with an en-suite shower room completes this area.

At the other end of the villa lies a second sleeping area comprising three bedrooms, each with its own private terrace, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone.

A staff bedroom with an en-suite shower room is situated near the gym, ideally positioned overlooking a landscaped patio.

Outside, a terrace surrounding the infinity pool offers a variety of relaxing settings: sun loungers, a lounge area and a dining area are arranged in succession so you can make the most of the sea view.

A pétanque court completes the picture, perfect for social gatherings.

Ideally situated, Casa Serena is just 10 minutes from the lively town centre of Porto-Vecchio and 5 minutes from Palombaggia beach, offering a remarkable holiday in the heart of the Corsican coastline.
