DESCRIPTION

On the unspoiled Isolella peninsula, this charming house invites you to slow down, breathe, and contemplate. Here, there is no ostentatious luxury: just the essentials, the authentic.

Facing the sea, with the horizon as its only limit, the house enjoys a rare location, an exceptional setting, and a privileged exposure, almost suspended between sky and water. Each room exudes the Mediterranean: light, sea spray, absolute calm. The sea is everywhere, omnipresent, changing, and hypnotic.

Designed as a family retreat, the villa tastefully combines natural materials.

The light-filled living room opens onto a large terrace where time seems to stand still. The poetry of the place revolves around four bedrooms, including a master suite with a sea view, opening onto the outside, with its own private bathroom, and three other bedrooms that share a common bathroom.

The spirit of the place is designed to savor the present moment: reading in the shade of a tree, sipping a drink while watching the sunset, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. A unique, sensitive house for lovers of authentic places.
