On the lower ground floor (-1), you will find a double bedroom with shower room and WC, offering direct access to the swimming pool.

This bedroom also includes two 80 cm single beds.

A games room equipped with a pool table, table football and a dartboard is also located on this level.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with the exception of the bedroom opening directly onto the pool area and the games room.

It is also equipped with a water softening system, ensuring treated water throughout the property.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped 1,643 m² garden, planted with olive trees, laurels and colourful flower beds, provides the perfect setting for relaxation.

A lovely wooden terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen allows guests to enjoy al fresco dining, while a covered outdoor lounge area offers a comfortable space to unwind.

The 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, with a depth of 1.60 metres, is secured by an electric safety cover and can be heated if required (supplement of €150 per week during April).
