A fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and TV lounge.

Large windows give access to the terrace with a dining area for 10 people under the wall.

The 10x5m swimming pool has a deck and a few steps and is secured by an electric shutter.

For your comfort, there are plenty of sun loungers, deckchairs, an XXL cushion and for the little ones, shaded under the oak trees, a tree house, a slide and games.

For the grown-ups, there's a petanque pitch, a Molky game and a Weber BBQ.
