The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace with table and chairs for 6, offering a beautiful outdoor dining area.

On the R-1, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with shower and WC, and the other two sharing a shower room with double sink and WC.

All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and smart TVs, and provide access to terraces (soon to be fitted out).

A landscaped terraced garden leads to a raised terrace offering a charming sofa area with a view of the Bay of Cannes, allowing you to watch the fireworks during the Cannes Pyrotechnic Art Festival.

The house has many stairs, so we do not accept small children.
