SEASONAL RENTAL Built in 2020, the villa welcomes you to the heights of Ile-Rousse.

It has two terraces with exceptional views of the islands and the Pietra lighthouse: a huge terrace with summer kitchen, plancha, dining table and outdoor lounge, and a second terrace where you can enjoy a heated infinity pool with sea views, deckchairs and summer lounge.

There's also a pétanque court on site.

The villa has four double bedrooms spread over two floors, and can accommodate up to eight people.

Each room has a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and dressing room (with safe).

In three of the four bedrooms, you can ask for the beds to be separated into twin beds.

The 110 m2 kitchen-living-dining area has a modern, cosy design.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.

On the lower floor you'll find a storeroom containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and children's high chairs.

There's also a gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained while you work out.

The villa is a 3-minute drive from Ile-Rousse town centre and beach, 25 minutes from Calvi, 45 minutes from Saint-Florent, and 1 hour from Bastia.
