Outside, the villa features a large private parking area for up to 6 cars, a secure swimming pool with an alarm system, a terrace with garden furniture by the pool, a summer kitchen with a plancha, refrigerator, and counter by the pool, a petanque court, and a spacious terrace with a dining area overlooking the Bassin d'Arcachon.
